6 Week Lockdown Physique Program


Are you frustrated gyms are now shut? Are you worried all your hard work will be undone without access to a gym? Are you unsure of what to do with you’re nutrition now your house bound?

We bring you 6 Week Lockdown Physique. Who is this designed for? This is designed for serious gym goers who have felt lost and frustrated since gym closures and the lockdown began. This program will ensure they hold onto to every ounce of tissue they have gained but also aid in mobilising body fat on a weekly basis.

This is an entirely home based program where you will work directly with your coach but also have access to the lockdown physique community where you can support each other throughout this time period.

For this program you’ll need at least two of the following:

  • Light to Medium Dumbbells or Kettlebells
  • Barbells and some weight plates
  • Resistance bands

Programs will be adapted to the equipment you have at home and meal plans will be provided in full. We aim to help give you the structure, routines and accountability you need in these uncertain times with our weekly check ins.

Once you’ve signed up there is a three day turn around  to set you up once we have received your consult sheet, meaning you can be on track within a matter of days.
