When Craig joined the team one thing was clear, he trained hard, he just needed to train with intent and in a progressive manner to build his physique in the manner in which he wanted. That being said, we placed a big emphasis on intent when lifting, getting the muscle on that does the movement but also getting it very very strong.

Combine this with progressively eating more and here we are 6 months into the journey. When a client follows the plan as well as Craig does, my job as a coach becomes an easy one. Only small changes need to be made to allow him to continue to gain muscle whilst minimising fat gain.

Truth be told we are really only scratching the surface of whats capable.

Here is what he had to say about his journey so far:

“I wanted to take things to the next level and get more serious as I wasn’t sure about the diet side of things. Whilst working with Vaughan I have learned that lifting weights isn’t all about just lifting. There’s a lot more to it than that: targeting the exact muscle you want to use for the exercise. I’m happy within myself what I have achieved so far but I always want more. I’m shocked how much muscle I have gained whilst in such a short time frame working with Vaughan, such a smart guy knows his stuff inside out. Excited to see what my physique will look like after a year of working with him.”
